Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to this website, to inquiries you send us, and to the Master Wave text messaging program.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of masterwavemedia.com (the "Site") and any communications you receive from Master Wave as a result of contacting us or opting in. By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Master Wave

Master Wave is a marketing agency that provides marketing services to concrete contractors. Master Wave is operated by Omer Ismail, a sole proprietor. Master Wave does not perform concrete work and is not a licensed concrete contractor.

3. Our services

Master Wave provides marketing services which may include advertising strategy and management, local search optimization, website and landing page development, lead follow-up and messaging systems, review and reputation processes, and reporting. The specific services, deliverables, fees and term for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement between Master Wave and the client. Nothing on this Site is an offer or a contract for services.

4. Acceptable use of this website

  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
  • Do not submit false information, another person's contact information without their permission, or automated/spam submissions.

5. Form submissions and inquiries

When you submit our contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. The contact form collects your name, email address and message only — it does not collect a phone number. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, and we respond to form submissions by email. If you enter a phone number in the chat widget on this website, which is operated for us by LeadConnector (HighLevel), you confirm that the number belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it, and we may respond by phone or text message in line with the consent shown in that widget.

6. SMS text messaging terms

These SMS terms apply to the Master Wave text messaging program. By opting in you agree to these terms.

6.1 Program description

Master Wave sends the following text messages to people who have opted in through the chat widget on masterwavemedia.com:

  • Marketing messages: text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates from Master Wave.
  • Non-marketing messages: text messages about your inquiry, appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and account or service notifications.

6.2 How you opt in

You opt in through the Master Wave chat widget on masterwavemedia.com, by entering your mobile number and submitting it together with the consent disclosure shown in that widget. That widget is the opt-in method for the Master Wave text messaging program. You may also opt in by texting us first, or by giving express written consent in an agreement. Our website contact form does not subscribe you to text messages.

Consent is never pre-selected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of contacting us, of any purchase, or of receiving any service. Our website contact form does not opt you in to text messages.

6.3 Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Non-marketing messages are sent as needed in connection with your inquiry, appointment or account. Marketing messages are sent periodically and are expected to be no more than 10 messages in your first month, then about 4 messages per month.

6.4 Cost — message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Master Wave does not charge for the messages themselves. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text and data plan.

6.5 Opting out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (561) 464-6570, or reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

6.6 Help — HELP

6.7 Carriers are not liable

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. Message services may not be available on all carriers or devices.

6.8 Your mobile number and privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6.9 Eligibility and changes to your number

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your mobile number, you agree to notify us so that we do not send messages to someone who did not consent.

7. Email communications

If you contact us or opt in to email, we may send you replies, service messages, and — where permitted — marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop replies to your direct inquiries.

8. No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, advertising budget, seasonality, competition, pricing, service quality, and how quickly a business responds to leads. Master Wave does not guarantee any particular number of leads, jobs, revenue, ranking or return on investment. Any examples or estimates discussed are illustrative only and are not a promise of results.

The Site and its content are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Prince William County, Virginia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
