Privacy Policy

How Master Wave collects, uses, protects and shares information — including mobile phone numbers and text message consent.

1. Who we are

Master Wave ("Master Wave," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing agency that provides marketing services to concrete contractors. Master Wave is operated by Omer Ismail, a sole proprietor. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at masterwavemedia.com (the "Site"), through our contact and opt-in forms, and through our email and text message communications.

By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and provide our services.

Information you give us

  • Contact details: first and last name and email address, submitted through our website contact form. Our contact form does not collect phone numbers. A phone number reaches us only if you enter one in our chat widget, call us, or send it to us yourself.
  • Inquiry details: what you write in the message field of our form, and anything you send us by email, phone or text.
  • Consent records: whether you gave text message consent through our chat widget, the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time, and the page where consent was given. We keep these records so we can demonstrate that consent was given.
  • Live chat: if you use the chat widget on our website, the name, phone number, email address and messages you send through it. The widget is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel), which processes those conversations on our behalf.
  • Client information: if you become a client, information needed to deliver our services, such as billing contact details and access to marketing accounts you authorize.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed.
  • Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 6.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or precise geolocation.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or marketing plan you requested.
  • To provide, manage and improve our marketing services for clients.
  • To send transactional and service messages — such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and account or service notifications — where you have consented or where the message is a direct response to your request.
  • To send marketing messages only where you have given express consent, and only until you opt out.
  • To maintain records of consent, opt-outs and communications.
  • To operate and secure the Site, prevent abuse and spam, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

4. Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Master Wave sends text messages only to individuals who have provided express written consent through the Master Wave chat widget on masterwavemedia.com, or by otherwise affirmatively opting in — for example by texting us first. Our website contact form does not subscribe anyone to text messages. Consent is not pre-selected and is not required in order to contact us, purchase anything, or work with us.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (561) 464-6570, or reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number, your opt-in status, and the consent records associated with them are used only to send you the messages you consented to and to maintain compliance records. They are not sold, and they are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only in the limited situations below.

  • Service providers and subcontractors. We use vendors that help us operate — for example website hosting, form processing, email delivery, live chat, customer relationship management and messaging platforms. They may process information only on our instructions and only to provide those support services to us.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • With your direction. If you ask us to share information with a platform or partner on your behalf.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working correctly, understand which pages are visited, and measure the performance of advertising we run for ourselves. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

If we use analytics or advertising measurement tools, those providers may receive standard technical information such as IP address and pages viewed. We do not provide them with your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent data.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for business record-keeping. We keep text message consent and opt-out records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging rules, even after you opt out — an opt-out record must be kept in order to honor it.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to what is necessary. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us directly.
  • Access, correction and deletion: you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details in Section 13 and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
  • Do not sell or share: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

10. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
